Pulse bag filterThe general issues and precautions for the use and maintenance of equipment can be divided into excessive dust emissions, higher than normal dust collector pressure, and the use and maintenance of pulse bag dust collectors can increase their service life:
The basic reason for the excessive dust emissions caused by the pulse bag filter equipment is that the initial layer on the surface of the filter bag is not enough; Damaged filter bag; Poor assembly of filter bags; In the operation of the dust collector, if the emissions exceed the standard and the operating pressure of the dust collector is too low compared to the design, it is highly likely that the initial powder layer on the surface of the filter bag is insufficient. The reason may be that the filtering speed of the filter bag is too high, the cleaning cycle of the filter bag is too short, the pressure of compressed air injection is too high, and the dust load is reduced.
If the filtering speed of the pulse bag filter equipment is too high, the dust discharge rate will increase. If the filtering gas speed is too high, the initial dust layer will be broken, and the pulse filter and dust will impact the filter bag, causing excessive wear. If the cleaning of the filter bag is too high at this time, it is easy to cause the fabric of the filter bag to loosen, which will lead to excessive emissions of the dust collector. When setting the pulse cleaning cycle of the dust collector, use maintenance tips to ensure that the dust collector operates at a stable pressure. It is better to set a long pulse cleaning cycle time to ensure that the initial dust does not fall off. It is better to set a short cleaning time. If the initial dust layer is insufficient, an extended cleaning cycle reward can be used to improve the stability of the inlet and outlet pressure setting of the dust collector. As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag of the pulse dust collector continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the dust cleaning device begins to clean the dust.
Do you have any understanding of how to clean the dust in the pulse bag dust collector equipment, where a chamber lifting valve is closed to cut off the filtered airflow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened to rapidly expand compressed air in the upper box in a very short time, flowing into the filter bag and causing it to expand and deform, resulting in vibration?
Under the action of reverse airflow erosion, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper of the pulse bag dust collector equipment. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the lifting valve is opened, and the room returns to the filtering state. The ash cleaning is carried out in each room in sequence. The dust intercepted by the pulse dust collector after filtering and cleaning work falls into the ash hopper, and is then centrally discharged by the ash unloading device at the ash hopper mouth.
